AKA Breakfast in Tokyo
The original Breakfast Martini is a modern classic gin cocktail invented in 1996 by famed bartender Salvatore Calabrese at the Library Bar in London's Lanesborough Hotel using Gin, lemon juice, orange liqueur and marmalade.
We initially created this riff for the Wagamama chain for sale in it's airport concessions and was Called the Breakfast in Tokyo, made with fresh blood orange and Yuzu sherbet, our home made yuzu liqueur, combined with tropical papaya infused Gin.
